I propose a new law: that it would be illegal for cops, soldiers, politicians, judges, corporations, and mercenaries to commit illegal acts. If they do, they lose their job forever with no benifits and they have to spend a minimum of 5 years (no parole until five years) in a maximum security USA prison.
